On the backside of the loan process, we provide full service on loan workout and large judgement collections. Our commercial loan workout services include the complaint process, appointment of a receiver, foreclosures, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure agreements, enforcing assignment of rents, and claim and delivery actions. For large judgement collections – we help develop collection leads, develop a collection plan, and pursue what you are owed.
We also handle lender liability claims, fraud litigation, and hazard insurance claims.
