Marc G. Whitefield’s practice encompasses all aspects of labor and employment law. He represents employers in a variety of industries across the country. By negotiating countless collective bargaining agreements and following up on their administration, he has arbitrated, mediated, and facilitated the resolution of hundreds of workplace disputes. His extensive experience includes the defense of all types of employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, FLSA, FMLA, and wrongful discharge claims before arbitrators, administrative agencies and courts. He counsels employers in connection with all phases of union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining agreements and regularly represents clients in National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings. His practical approach to strategic planning is effective to avoid issues before they become problems.

Marc is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A.) and Wayne State University (J.D.) where he was a member of the Wayne Law Review.
