Lauren Walas is a skilled litigator with experience representing clients in labor and employment matters in courts and agencies around the country. She handles cases ranging from high-stakes individual lawsuits to complex class actions and works with clients across a variety of industries, including information technology, logistics, and media. Lauren also counsels clients on issues involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and other federal and state laws.

Lauren graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and was selected to join Phi Beta Kappa. After working as a technology consultant in Chicago, she earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2017. Prior to joining KHVPF, Lauren was a Labor & Employment associate in Jones Day’s Washington, D.C. office.
