Laura Musachio’s practice focuses on employment and commercial litigation. She represents clients in Michigan’s state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and before administrative agencies. She defends discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge claims under Title VII, the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, and related state and federal statutes. She also litigates commercial and contract disputes, including trade secret, restrictive covenant, and business tort claims.
Laura began her career defending automotive manufacturers in complex product liability and breach of warranty litigation. She has also served as Access to Justice Campaign Coordinator for the Michigan State Bar Foundation, where she led a statewide campaign supporting Michigan’s civil legal aid organizations.
Laura earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the Gonzaga Law Review. She holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of Notre Dame.
